• Admission to the Banasthali Vidyapith is open to women only.
• Admission is open to all women irrespective of their race, religion, caste, colour or domicile.
• A student admitted to the Banasthali Vidyapith has to compulsorily join a hostel of the Vidyapith unless the student is a ward of some worker of the Vidyapith and stays with the worker in the campus, or the student belongs to a neighboring village community within a radius of 25 kms.
• Every student seeking admission to the Banasthali Vidyapith has to submit an application on the prescribed form and pay the requisite application fee by the prescribed date.

* Admission to this course shall be based on merit-cum-aptitude test to be held on May 28 / May 29, 2016. Admission to all other courses shall be based upon merit in the qualifying examination.

A limited number of seats are available for Foreign / NRI / NRI sponsored candidates. Admission against these seats are based directly upon the merit and the applicants do not have to appear in the Aptitude Test. The eligibility for Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored candidates is 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination (Except for B.Ed. where it is 50% and M.Ed. where it is 55%).

The following documents are required for admission against Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored seats:

• Original Certificates/ Marksheets of the qualifying examination.
• Attested photocopies of the Passport and Visa of the NRI Sponsor of the applicant.
• Foreign Bank Account Number or NRI Account Number of the NRI applicant or NRI Sponsor of the applicant.
• Declaration regarding, Non-Resident Indian status of the NRI applicant or NRI Sponsor of the applicant.

RE-ADMISSION : If a student is separated from Banasthali or Shri Shantabai Shiksha Kutir and in the event Banasthali Vidyapith decides to readmit her, admission fee of Rs. 5,000/- shall be payable. The admission of a student shall be automatically cancelled due to unauthorized absence of three days or more.

Absence without prior written permission from the Vidyapith shall be treated as unauthorized absence.

Note: Regular fee for Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored applicants:- For Group (A1) courses : US Dollar $ 3,600 p.a. , For Group (A2) courses : US Dollar $ 2,700 p.a. and For Group (A3) courses : US Dollar $ 1,800 p.a.

• The above fee structure shall be applicable to new admissions. Continuing students (those enrolled in an under-graduate or post-graduate course and continuing the same course), shall pay the educational fee as paid by them last year according to 2015-16 fee schedule. Students leaving Class XII and joining an under-graduate programme or completing an under-graduate course and enrolling for a post-graduate shall be treated as new students for the purposes of determining the education fee payable by them.
• A one-time hostel admission fee or Rs. 5,000/- shall be charged from all newly admitted students.
  
  * B.Sc. (Aviation Science) students will have to pay for 200 hours of flying to BVGFC Rs. 9000/- per hour approximately.
• The regular students classified in group (A1), (A2) and (A3) respectively shall pay a one time course admission fee Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 5,000/-, Rs.1000/-
  
  * B.Sc. (Aviation Science) students will have to pay for 200 hours of flying to BVGFC Rs. 9000/- per hour approximately.

DEVELOPMENT FEE

The above students classified in Group (A1), (A2) and (A3), respectively, shall pay the development fee of Rs. 23,000/-, Rs. 17,000/- and Rs. 10,000/-, respectively, per year, in addition to the fee given above.
